Return policy

Car Seat Concierge does not offer refunds on any of its services. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment with a maximum of two appointment changes before a new appointment will need to be purchased. 

All invoices for workshops and trainings must be paid in full by the date stated on the invoice. Late fees will be assessed at a compounding rate of 8.5%.
